Refund policy

 

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a return shipping fee of $4.95.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

For all returns, please email info@byagirlproducts.com and include your order number. *Please note a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund of $4.95.

What if my order arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@byagirlproducts.com. We will happily replace any damaged items purchased from our website. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

What if my return is late?
Any returns dropped off at USPS after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
