We accept eligible returns on items purchased directly from www.theccurl.com within 30 days from the ship date. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return resulted from our error. Approved refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

Contact Customer Care and include your order number. We will provide the next steps and a prepaid shipping label. A return postage fee of $4.95 is deducted from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or is missing an item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number. For damaged items, please also include a photo. We will replace eligible damaged items. If an item is incorrect or missing, we will replace it.

After we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing and another 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund. Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment.

We stand behind the manufacturing of our beauty tools. Manufacturing defect requests may be reviewed for up to six months from the purchase date, with replacement offered at The C Curl’s discretion.
