We hope you love your C Curl products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from within 30 days from ship date. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

How do I place a return?
To return an item, please reach out to our Customer Care team at and include your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.

PLEASE NOTE: a return postage fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund.

What if my order arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at We will happily replace any damaged items purchased from our website. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
