Processing your order

All orders have a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. Once fulfillment begins, we’ll send shipment details, a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see the message, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Tracking may take up to two days to begin updating after the label is created.

U.S. shipping

• Ground shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days after processing and is $4.95.
• Ground shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $40.
• Standard shipping generally takes 2 to 5 business days after processing and is calculated at checkout.
• Express shipping generally takes 1 to 2 business days after processing and is calculated at checkout.
• Carrier volume and other circumstances outside our control may extend these estimates.

International orders

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping addresses

Please confirm that every shipping detail is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for an order shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, and the carrier cannot retrieve it after it leaves our facility. If you notice an error, email Customer Care within two hours after placing the order so we can try to edit or cancel it before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee a change once processing has started.

Tracking your order

When your order is ready to ship, use the tracking number near the bottom of the shipment confirmation email to open the selected carrier’s tracking page. The carrier’s information is the most current delivery update.
