02Why should I comb my lashes before curling? +
Separating lashes and helping them stand up gives them a cleaner path across the pad, which supports a smoother, more even shape.
03How much pressure should I use with The C Curl? +
Once the lashes are positioned, apply firm, even pressure and hold for 10 seconds. The thicker, cushioned pad distributes that pressure, helping protect lashes from a harsh clamp while the shape forms.
04What should I do with longer lashes? +
After the first hold, move halfway up the lash, tip the curler back toward your face and hold for 3 seconds to continue the C‑shape through the tips.
05When should I replace the pad? +
Replace it every 3–4 months, or sooner if it begins to look compressed, cracked, worn or no longer sits evenly. A fresh pad helps the curler close evenly and perform as designed.
